JUDGING CRITERIA FIGURE​

​Physique ​

• Must display muscle development & tone 

• Must show leanness from upper & lower body, front to back

• Must be symmetrically balanced; upper & lower body and symmerty front to back

• Must display rounded delts.

• Must display quad sweep.

• Must display back depth & width.

• Physique must have emphasis on balance & symmetry with a “V taper”

• Must show muscle separation & striations

• Must have tight glutes with separation between hamstring and glute area (aka glute/ham tie-in)

• Athletes must not display excessive muscle mass/size as would be seen in women's physique or women's bodybuilding

• Figure competitor perform quarter turns only.

• There are NO mandatory poses

• There are no routines

• There will be a posedown!​

• 18+ Open Class- All competitors aged 18 and over
