JUDGING CRITERIA​

​Physique 

• Have noticeable muscle maturity and be lean with some muscle separations but not excessive muscle mass.

• Have visible abdominal muscles, and a 4/6 pack.

• Must be more conditioned than competitors entering the bikini category.

• Have shaped /capped shoulders ,arms, but not to the levels of mass seen in the figure category.

• Have visible developed back muscles with some separations.

• Have shaped/conditioned legs and glutes with some separations.

• Bikini Trained competitors compete in ONE round ONLY which is BIKINI WEAR 

• Bikini Trained competitors compete must wear  a two piece competition bikini and clear high heels

• Competition bikini's must show off some of the glutes

• Competitors  must wear clear high heels a minimum of 3-4 inches

• Competitors can wear any colour bikini and sports wear that they feel best suits the

• Competitors can wear earrings and other jewellery they feel compliment their overall look

• *We reserve the right to add classes together and judge overall as one class depending on individual class numbers and if our Head Judge warrants this
